At A Purrfect Mattress, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy carefully below.
Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Requests received within this timeframe will be eligible for a full cancellation before order processing begins.
Orders That Have Already Been Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the return process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
- If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but we will assist you with the next available options on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
